Parking on Pearson — Standards of Behaviour

These standards help ensure a safe, calm stay for everyone.

By staying at Parking on Pearson, all guests agree to follow these standards. They help us maintain a welcoming, family-friendly environment for everyone.

Payment

Long-term residents must pay two weeks in advance upon arrival at the park, via EFTPOS through the Park Manager.

General Behaviour

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
  • For the quiet enjoyment of all guests, there is a NO PARTY policy.
  • Noisy, intoxicated, or anti-social behaviour is not permitted anywhere in the park.
  • Guests evicted for such behaviour may also be trespassed from the property.
  • Any damage to property may result in eviction and recovery of repair costs.
  • No weapons or illegal drugs are permitted onsite at any time.
  • Please observe the 10 km/h speed limit and drive with care, mindful of children and pets.
  • Guests should contact the Park Manager before booking to confirm whether pets are allowed.

Visitors

  • If there are additional guests staying beyond the number declared at check-in, an additional fee will apply.

Rubbish

  • An orange rubbish skip is located at the main entrance.
  • Please pull over safely when disposing of rubbish so you do not obstruct other vehicles.

Fires

  • No fires are to be lit at any time.

Pets

Please contact the Park Manager prior to arrival to discuss bringing your pet.

  • Pets are permitted by arrangement only and under the following conditions:
  • Animals are strictly not allowed in any buildings.
  • Pets must be supervised and under control at all times.
  • Dogs must be on a lead when walking in the park.
  • Uncontrolled pets may result in eviction.
  • Owners must clean up after their animals.

Laundry

  • A washing machine is available in the ablution block with a clothesline provided nearby.
  • Please do not hang washing in the trees.
  • Do not wash pets or their bedding in the ablution block or washing machine.

Payment Details

Long-term stays require payment of two weeks in advance plus a two-week bond, either before arrival or via EFTPOS through the Park Manager.
